个人简介

郑炯,重庆人,成人影院-无码成人片-无码色情片 副教授。

中国经济林协会加工利用分会理事,中国竹产业协会竹食品与日用品分会理事,国家食药同源产业科技创新联盟理事,国家林业和草原局竹子研究开发中心客座研究员,重庆市a成人影院技术学会生物工程专委会委员,重庆市国家“三区”科技人才,重庆市科技特派员。长期从事果蔬加工与营养健康领域的研究工作。主持十四五国家重点研发计划专项子课题、国家自然科学基金项目、重庆市自然科学基金面上项目、重庆市社会民生科技创新项目、重庆市科技兴林项目、中央高校基本科研业务费重点项目等纵向科研项目10余项,产学研合作项目15项。以第一或通讯作者在Food Chemistry、Food Research International、Carbohydrate Polymers、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、LWT、Journal of Food Engineering、中国食品学报、a成人影院、食品与发酵工业等国内外期刊上发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI收录论文40余篇,连续入选2024年、2025年中国知网高被引学者TOP 1%。申请国家发明专利12项,获得授权5项。
