个人简介

钟金锋,工学博士,成人影院-无码成人片-无码色情片 副教授、硕士生导师。长期从事食品多组分互作机制解析、智能响应性食品包装材料构建及传统腌制蔬菜风味形成机理等领域的教学与科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、省部级项目4项,主研多项国家级及省部级课题;近五年以通讯作者在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids等权威期刊发表多篇学术论文。主讲本科生课程2门,完成校级教改项目3项,指导国家级、市级和校级大学生创新创业训练计划10余项。

探究多酚、脂质、蛋白质、多糖、风味前体等食品关键组分的互作行为,解析其对体系结构稳定性与功能特性的调控机制

设计并制备天然基材智能包装薄膜,实现食品品质变化可视化、智能化监测

剖析榨菜等传统腌制蔬菜在加工储存过程中风味物质的生成、转化与稳定规律
