个人简介

刘雄,重庆江津人,成人影院-无码成人片-无码色情片 教授。

长期从事食品和农产品加工技术开发、保健食品的功能评价和产品开发。在国内外核心期刊上发表学术论文300余篇,其中SCI 收录100余篇。主编、副主编教材6部。申请国家专利20余项,获得国家发明专利10余项。主持国家自然科学基金、国家星火计划、重庆市科委等省部级项目20项,企业委托科研项目80项。深耕功能稻米、青稞、薯类、魔芋、葛根、花椒、天麻、黄精等原料的精深加工及综合利用,大部分技术实现产业化生产。

【研究领域】

1)粮油功能食品加工;2)功能性碳水化合物开发利用;3)食品营养评价与功能食品开发。
